I was initially thrilled with their performance — they responded quickly to commands, integrated seamlessly with Alexa, and made home automation feel effortless. After about three weeks, however, one of the outlets suddenly stopped working. The LED power indicator failed to light up, and even after testing it in multiple known-good outlets, it remained completely unresponsive. I returned the defective unit and remained hopeful, going as far as ordering two more to expand my smart home setup.
Over time, though, my optimism faded. Just three months later, a second unit failed in exactly the same way— completely dead, with no warning signs. I now own four units in total, but only two are functional, giving me a 50% failure rate, which is unacceptable for any smart home device. While I still admire how easy these plugs are to install and operate, it’s clear they suffer from serious reliability issues.
